Technical Project Manager | Blue East (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore

Job Description:
  • Gets the product ready for Clients from idea stage to finished product. Closely seeing the development process from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Responsible for end to end System analysis, Project delivery & implementation and Training and orientation.
  • Coordinates with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Responsible for change management, Project Change management, deployment process, Bugs Tracking, etc.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Gathers requirements from customer and transform to WBS.
  • Develops a detailed project estimation for costing and planning.
  • Responsible for Planning and delivery of Sprints, resource allocation, managing and planning the complete release.
  • Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Prepares wireframes and coordination with UI/U team for application designs.
  • Responsible for Conducting weekly scrum meetings for the latest updates on Modules and updating on JIRA or other suitable tool.
  • Ensures that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.
  • Must be familiar to engineering best practices to make sure they are being followed e.g. coding & programming.
  • Provides clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues.
  • Leads improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.
  • Supports the Service Owner(s) for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers.
  • Must be hands-on with project status and reports to seniors and management including customers.

Education: BS/MS in PMP/computer science/software engineering or relevant field.


Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
  • Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks such as RUP/ OUP, DSDM, Lean, Kanban
  • Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service
  • Able to work independently, excellent personal organization and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritization
  • Very strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
  • Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department
  • A real interest in problem solving and focused on results
  • Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery
  • Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches
  • Should be target-driven with good numerical and analytical skills
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A highly ambitious, driven, and a go-getter attitude
