 Qualification: BBA / MBA (Specialization in HR)


Required Experience: 5-6 Years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement & Monitor Performance Management system with KPIs.
· Succession Planning & implementation of OD initiatives
· Conduct TNA and maintain Annual Training calendar.
· Able to conduct In-house trainings.
· Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, Instructional design for trainings
· Initiate employee engagement activities
· To assist HR Head in review & update of company policies & SOP.

Must have Skills:
· Team Management, Good Communication and Negotiation
· Good command in technical skills
